We try to be as flexible as possible. Our general guideline is as follows: Purchases may be returned for store credit or refund within 2 weeks with a receipt and the original tags still attached.  Clothing must be unworn with the original tags still attached.  All other merchandise must be unused with the original tags still attached.

 

Within 4 weeks, a store credit will be issued.

 

We do not take back worn/used merchandise or sale items (but will certainly speak with you in the rare occasion that something fails to meet your expectations).

 

Greeting Cards, Vicky Lee Jewelry, Katie Rupp Photography and Seven Sisters Scarves and Repurposed Shirts are NOT returnable under any conditions.
